OX is ISO compliant for Management, Environmental & Health & Safety.

Our ISO journey started over 10 years ago when OX was a relatively new business. We initially gained our ISO9001 certification and this allowed us to demonstrate a strong management structure, robust processes and to reassure our customers we could deliver outstanding processes.

We can now assure our customers, staff and suppliers peace of mind that we have robust, processes, policies and systems that will allow them to grow with us for a long time to come.

We ensure to meet following policies:

quality

We provide our customers with a service that fulfills their specified requirements. As a business we have prepared and implemented an IMS (Integrated Management System) which conforms to the requirements of the ISO standards which also takes into account our organisational context.

health & safety

We place the highest priority in robust Health and Safety practices for all our employees and recognise that our workers are our most valuable asset. Our Health and Safety management system ensures we take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all workers, contractors, customers, visitors and the general public from any injury due to our activities while also complying with all statutory requirements.

dedicated to making a positive impact

Members of the OX team take part in a number of charities throughout the year, including partnering with Tools With A Mission (TWAM) who donate unsellable hand tools to Africa to help disadvantaged communities. This not only diverts unused tools from waste but also equips communities with the means to build a better future through skill development and community improvement.

We also proudly promote our employees to take a paid charity day each year. This not only supports local causes that matter most to them, ensuring them to invest in meaningful community engagement but also fosters a culture of empathy and altruism among our team. OX is dedicated to making a positive impact, both through our core business and by empowering our staff to make a difference in the world.

"At OX we are proactively developing new processes, developing internal mindsets and transitioning practices of old with the aim of becoming a more sustainable brand."
